1. Introduction
Welcome to NerdyCactus. By subscribing to our software development services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Subscription Services
Our services include unlimited tasks and projects under the chosen subscription plan. The Plan Cactus allows for a specific number of simultaneous tasks, whereas the Plan Cactai offers a higher limit.

3. Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time. However, no refunds are provided for the remaining period of the subscription.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software developed under this subscription is the property of the client, except for any pre-existing intellectual property of NerdyCactus.

6. Limitation of Liability
NerdyCactus is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

7. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Both parties agree to keep all project details and proprietary information confidential. Disclosure of any confidential information without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Non-Solicitation
Clients agree not to solicit or offer employment to any employee of NerdyCactus during the term of their subscription and for a period of one year thereafter.

9. Acceptable Use
Services must not be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of New Mexico.

11. Changes to Terms
NerdyCactus reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
